In confrontations, frequently you come down hard, and conclude that "you failed to draw the class line." (And, in the case in point, mistakenly conclude as the final citations from the 20 February piece indicated.) That's it. Exit Mac Intosh.
But that's not quite it.
Drawing the class line is never simply a question of "where" to draw it, but always among workers simultaneously a question of "how." In respect to "how," with no experience to draw from, no practice to relate to, you've nothing to offer.
